GcSpreadGridクラスのMouseDoubleClickイベントと、HitTestメソッドを使用することで、SPREADがダブルクリックされたときの行や列の情報を取得することができます。

また、ダブルクリックされた箇所がヘッダかセルかなどを区別することも可能です。
